Who We Are

A farm-to-table Italian Restaurant serving only house-made pasta, Italian charcuterie, artisan bread, small plates, and regional specialties, as well as classics.

What We Do

Our chefs are in the kitchen daily making pasta, baking the best bread in Manchester, chopping vegetables and making dessert. Our bartenders are pouring classic cocktails and Italian wines. Our servers treat you like ‘La Famalia’.

Amazing service. All of the servers are personable and skilled. Fresh amazing foods with local ingredients. The best brussel sprouts in town! My favorite little lunch spot by far”.

Absolutely wonderful! Food fabulous, cooked to perfection. Not inexpensive, but worth every penny. Wait staff friendly and efficient. We went after 1 o'clock for lunch, no difficulty finding parking on the street”.

“All farm to table food makes for a delightful dining experience. Coupled with fantastic service, Campo is a must visit for diners visiting manchester. Check it out!”

“Incredible Italian food in a very comfortable and beautiful setting. Service was wonderful and our server was very knowledgeable. Would certainly recommend and will return”.

“Absolutely love this restaurant! Very authentic rustic style Italian food. Definitely fresh and what I expect from an Italian restaurant”.

Campo is Closed

It is with great emotion that I tell you that Claudia and I are moving away from restaurant operations as of the first of the year. The final day of service for THE REPUBLIC OF CAMPO will be New Years Eve. For over three decades we have offered Manchester our hospitality and in return you have given us a wonderful life

Our Philosophy

Our menu is prepared entirely from scratch using the best imported italian cured meats, cheeses and San Marzano tomatoes. We source our beef, chicken, and pork from NH farmers and our seafood is wild stock from the North Atlantic landed on the New England coast.
